Gundadalshøllin is one of the Faroe Islands' busiest indoor sports arenas and an important part of the Gundadalur sports complex in the heart of Tórshavn. Located next to the national football stadium, Tórsvøllur, the hall is a year-round venue for sports, competitions and community events.

The sports hall is best known as the home venue for handball, volleyball and other indoor sports. It regularly hosts league matches, tournaments, training sessions and major sporting events, bringing together athletes and spectators from across the Faroe Islands. Gundadalshøllin is owned by the handball clubs Neistin and Kyndil together with the volleyball club Fleyr, reflecting its long-standing role in Faroese sport.

The hall is also used for larger public events when required and will serve as one of the indoor tennis venues during the 2027 Island Games, demonstrating its flexibility as a modern multi-purpose arena.

Within walking distance of Tórshavn's city centre, Gundadalshøllin is surrounded by football pitches, swimming facilities, athletics, tennis and other sports venues, making Gundadalur the sporting heart of the Faroe Islands.
